Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Euchle at euchle.com. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Euchle.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use Euchle. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and let us know if you think your account has been compromised. You're responsible for activity on your account. Usernames and display names must not impersonate others or be offensive.

Fair play

Everyone plays the same deals, so the game only works if it's fair. Don't:

• use more than one account, including to preview a challenge's cards before playing it for real;
• use bots, scripts, solvers or other automation to play or to make decisions for you;
• share a challenge's cards or solutions in a way meant to spoil it for others before the day is over;
• interfere with, probe or overload the service, or access data that isn't yours.

We may remove results, reset leaderboard entries, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

The service

Euchle is free. We may change, add or remove features, challenges or scoring, and may suspend or end the service. Scores, percentiles and decision ratings are estimates produced by our software and may contain errors.

Our content

The Euchle name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may share your results and the share images Euchle creates. Don't copy or redistribute the app itself or scrape its content.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Euchle is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, scores or streaks, arising from your use of Euchle. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Euchle after an update means you accept it.
